Abstract
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a behavior that is needed forimproving the performance of an institution / organization. This behavior is donevoluntarily and can provide a positive contribution to the organization. This studyaims to determine: (1) The effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitmenton organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees BMT Bina Ihsanul FikriYogyakarta, (2) the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) employees BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta, (3) The effect oforganizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)employees BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. The data used in this study areprimary data obtained from questionnaires. The total sample of 73 respondentsemployees BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. The analysis technique used ismultiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. Theresults showed that job satisfaction variables positive and significant effect onorganizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Organizational commitment variablepositive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Andvariables that have the most dominant influence on organizational citizenshipbehavior (OCB) is a variable of organizational commitment. From this research,the value of adjusted R2 of 0.480. This means that 48% variable organizationalcitizenship behavior (OCB) can be explained by the independent variables namelyjob satisfaction and organizational commitment and the remaining 52% isexplained by other variables outside the equation.
